For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Rawalpindi Cantonment Board seeks routine chemistry lab consumables and items for FY 2026-27 healthcare operations—a recurring, steady-state procurement of standardized supplies rather than capital equipment.
Scale appears medium based on cantonment healthcare scope. Single Stage-Two Envelope/LCBS method suggests price-competitive market with established suppliers; tight 11-day submission window from notice to bid closing indicates this may be a replacement cycle. Suppliers should confirm ePADS registration and stock availability before mobilizing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 platform. Typically required: active NTN and SECP registration, relevant trade license for laboratory chemicals/consumables supply, and demonstrated capacity to meet quality standards. Detailed eligibility criteria specified in tender documents on ePADS portal.
