For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Physiotherapy equipment procurement for a cantonment hospital is typically a specialized goods supply contract.
The tender uses e-bidding exclusively on EPADS with a tight two-week timeline from notice to closing. Scale appears small to medium based on hospital departmental scope rather than system-wide rollout. Single Stage-Two Envelope selection suggests technical and financial evaluation in one round; LCBS methodology indicates price-driven competition. Recurring annual procurement for FY 2026-27 suggests potential for framework renewal. Bidders must be EPADS-registered and prepared for electronic submission only.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Typically, suppliers of medical/physiotherapy equipment must possess NTN (tax registration) and SECP registration or equivalent. The notice does not specify PEC category or vendor class restrictions, though supply to government health facilities typically requires provincial health department vendor registration or equivalent credentialing.
