Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Toba Tek Singh invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms, companies, partnerships and proprietors for a framework contract to supply general medical, dental and ink jet X-ray supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules Act 2014 through the electronic procurement portal (ePADS). Bidders may participate on a lot-wise basis as detailed in the technical specifications annex, with purchase orders to be issued to technically responsive bidders at the lowest unit rate per item for all sections. Delivery is required within two weeks of purchase order issuance to the hospital's location on Rajana Road in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. The contract represents an annual supply arrangement with potential quantity variations permitted under procurement rules.
Eligibility is restricted to active income tax filers and sales tax registered firms, companies, partnerships and proprietors with valid National Income Tax Numbers. Bidders must submit sealed bids without conditional terms and must clearly specify brand names, makes and models of all supplies in their technical proposals. Bids received without bid security, after the deadline, lacking proper authorization signatures, or non-conforming to specifications will be rejected. Bid validity is 90 days from the tender opening date, and no price adjustments will be made for currency fluctuations. Only firms not on government blacklists are eligible to bid.
Online bid submission through the ePADS portal closes on 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM at the M.S. Office, DHQ Hospital, Rajana Road, Toba Tek Singh. Bidders must obtain complete tender documents from the hospital and submit all required technical and financial proposals in accordance with the prescribed format. Performance security will be required from the successful bidder, and the hospital reserves the right to increase or decrease ordered quantities under procurement regulations.
