Description / Scope of Work
Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Army Aviation Base, Multan, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of expendables items as detailed in Annexure A. The procurement will be executed in accordance with PPRA rules, with purchase orders for shelf life items placed in batches or packages in reduced quantities as per immediate requirements. The tender encompasses 30 items with a delivery period of 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Firms are cautioned against quoting exorbitant rates, and those with pending deliveries from the previous financial year are ineligible to participate.
Eligible bidders must be registered with government agencies, clear from MI Directorate, and not blacklisted or banned. Firms must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, provide attested photocopies of CNIC of Managing Director, and submit a certificate of financial capability and non-defaulter status. Each bid requires earnest money of 5 percent of the bid amount as a pay order or bank draft in the name of CO ASD EME Multan, along with a tender fee of Rs 3,000. Black listed or banned firms are explicitly prohibited from participation, and firms must have adequate financial capability to support their bids.
Tenders must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked as Technical Offer (Annexure A Technical) and Commercial Offer (Annexure A Commercial), with all quotations provided on proper firm letterhead bearing stamp and signature. Technical offers must include brand name, specification, country of origin, firm authorization for branded items, offer validity until 30 June 2027, and delivery period details.
