Pakistan Ordnance Factories issues this tender enquiry for supply of indigenous materials and supplies under procurement reference 0206/LP/SJL/57 dated 20 June 2026. The tender covers materials to be delivered free to POF stores at Sanjwal, Punjab, with delivery dates and pricing to be specified in the tender schedule. Quotations must be submitted electronically via www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 30 minutes prior to the opening time on 10 September 2026 at 12:00 hours at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Supplies are subject to inspection and acceptance by the competent authority nominated by the purchaser, with inspection facilities to be provided by suppliers at their own cost. Octroi duty will be payable by the supplier.
Bidders must accompany offers with bid security as a deposit at call receipt, pay order, or banker cheque drawn in favour of GM PPC POF Sanjwal. Bid security amounts vary: registered indexed firms must deposit 2 percent of quoted value up to Rs. 0.5 million, registered unindexed firms 3 percent up to Rs. 0.75 million, and unregistered firms 5 percent up to Rs. 1.0 million. Government organizations and welfare projects may request waiver of the Rs. 0.50 million bid security. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 must be submitted via crossed postal or pay order in favour of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt. Offers without requisite bid security will not be entertained.
Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from tender opening date and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities. Quotations must be based on F.O.R. station of dispatch basis, inclusive of packing and forwarding charges, with stores booked under Military Credit Note provided by the purchaser. Suppliers must furnish a professional tax clearance certificate issued by Excise and Taxation department; offers without this certificate will be rejected. Successful bidders must provide performance bond not exceeding 10 percent of contract value within the specified time.
