For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a one-off asset disposal auction for approximately 12 tonnes of structural steel from a dismantled pedestrian bridge in Hyderabad.
The item is offered as-is with no warranty; buyers must arrange collection and arrange their own weighing certification. The 25 percent security deposit requirement and requirement to pay all handling costs suggests modest reserve value. Site inspection is permitted over two weeks, allowing adequate due diligence. The per-kilogramme pricing model means final cost depends on certified weight, introducing post-auction variability.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify registration or licensing requirements for bidders. Typically, participants in NHA auctions should possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and may require business registration with SECP; however, no such requirement is explicitly stated here. Bidders must provide a 25 percent security deposit with their bid.
