Description / Scope of Work
The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites bids for the vacation of its Corporate Regulatory Office (CRO) in Islamabad and the relocation and refurbishment of relocated offices. This is a works project issued under tender reference T#05/26-27 following a single stage, two-envelope bidding procedure at the national level. The project encompasses comprehensive office relocation services including site preparation, dismantling, transportation, and complete refurbishment of facilities at the new location in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The scope of work includes specialized fit-out, interior design implementation, and all ancillary services required for seamless office transition and operationalization of the relocated premises.
