Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is inviting bids for the procurement of Janitorial and Non-Core Services under reference P94996 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-scope procurement using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The services are required for FIA operations in Islamabad Capital Territory, Sector G-9/4, covering janitorial and related non-consultancy support services. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically through this system.
Bidders are required to provide a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement follows open competitive bidding principles and is governed by Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any subsequent regulations and instructions issued by the relevant Authority. All bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria and provide necessary compliance documentation as specified in the bidding documents.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
