Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers and contractors for the procurement of coalescer and water separator elements for the Jet A-1 Filter Water Separator (FWS) vessel at ARL Refinery in Sindh province. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process under tender reference OP-19912-MS. Bidders must have adequate past relevant experience and demonstrated financial capabilities to qualify.
