The Urban Area Development Authority Mardan invites participation in an open public auction of 20 residential plots on ownership basis situated in Sheikh Maltoon Phase-II, Mardan, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations 2022. The auction comprises three sectors: Sector N with one kanal plot at reserve price Rs. 15,50,000 per marla (1 plot); Sector P with one kanal plots at reserve price Rs. 15,50,000 per marla (8 plots); and Sector Q with one kanal plots at reserve price Rs. 15,50,000 per marla (11 plots). Eligibility criteria require each bidder to deposit Rs. 3,00,000 per plot as security in the form of call deposit, pay order, or bank draft favouring the Director Urban Area Development Authority Mardan before participation. Full payment including all government dues and taxes must be completed within 90 days, failing which the bid stands cancelled and all deposited amounts are forfeited. Possession is delivered only after receipt of full sale consideration and applicable dues/taxes. Interested persons may inspect plots on any working day and obtain detailed terms and conditions from the Office of the Housing Officer, UADA Mardan, during working hours on payment of Rs. 3,000 per copy (non-refundable).
