Heavy Mechanical Complex, a government enterprise in Taxila, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of three separate lots of industrial components and machine tools. Tender LPA-26-064 seeks supply of Slide Gate Sets 22mm (50 units), Spray Nozzles 60/65 (300 units), and Gas Cutting Tips 6 No. (12 units). Tender LPA-26-065 covers Tundish Nozzles 11mm (400 units), Slide Gate Sets 22mm Normal (150 units), Cooking Oil (400 litres), and Grease MP-3 (50 kilograms). Bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 for each tender. Bid security of 2% of the quoted value is mandatory for quotations valued at Rs. 500,000 or above; quotations without the required bid security will be rejected. Bidders must clearly specify whether unit prices are exclusive or inclusive of General Sales Tax; prices without explicit mention will be deemed inclusive of GST. A sample of Gas Cutting Tips must accompany the quotation for tender LPA-26-064. Bidders are required to read and accept all terms and conditions, with offer validity not less than 30 days. Performance bonds may be required at the discretion of HMC.
Bid documents are available from the Procurement Department, Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila, 47050, Pakistan. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Procurement Department by the deadline.
