Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt) Ltd invites electronic bids for the disposal of 51 items of scrap and waste materials on an as-is-where-is basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The disposal activity is conducted under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 and can be accessed using Disposal Activity ID No. D10570. This disposal exercise is located at the corporation's premises in Karachi, Federal Province, and is open to registered firms, companies, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if the disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Electronic bids are mandatory and manual submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available exclusively to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 platform.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Participating bidders will receive automatic notification of preliminary results through EPADS v2.0, with final results to be notified subsequently as per the bidding documents.
