For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA is disposing of junk inventory items as a one-off clearance exercise for FY 2026-27.
The notice provides minimal detail on asset types, quantities, or estimated value—all specifics are contained in documents accessible only after EPADS registration. This is a small-scale disposal contract suitable for scrap dealers, recyclers, or liquidation specialists. The tight September 2026 deadline and mandatory FBR compliance may deter smaller players; bidders should expect competitive participation from established waste management firms.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid FBR registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration is conditionally required if disposal activities involve civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Typically, disposal procurements require proof of business registration and tax compliance, though specific corporate structure (sole proprietorship, private company, public company) is permitted under this notice.
