The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for the replacement of three cabinet type air conditioning units with 4 ton capacity for installation at three locations: NTC MSU Garden Town, Data Center, and NOC at 06-Race Course Road in Lahore, Punjab. This is a goods procurement contract under FY 2026-27, with funds already reserved for eligible payments. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience and technical capacity in supplying and installing similar air conditioning units for data center and network operations center environments.
