Description / Scope of Work
Allama Iqbal Open University (Directorate of Works) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the renovation and upgradation of four Category D residential blocks at the main campus in Islamabad. The project is referenced as P72922 and forms part of the university's planned civil works procurement for fiscal year 2026-27. This civil works contract covers comprehensive renovation and structural upgradation of residential accommodation facilities serving the university community at the main campus location in Islamabad, Federal Province.
Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform to participate in the procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or call deposit as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Single Stage-One Envelope procurement methodology employing Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique is adopted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the authority.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
