Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, District DIKhan invites electronic bids from eligible government-registered contractors for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across southern districts of DIKhan under ADP No 251122 for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement comprises eight separate water supply projects located in various tehsils of DIKhan, including schemes at Hafiz Abad Tehsil Paharpur, Dhaliah Tehsil Paharpur, Kot Jai Tehsil Paharpur, Raza Abad Said Allian Tehsil Paharpur, Rajan Pur Tehsil Paharpur, Mozzam Wali Tehsil Paharpur, Kath Garh New Abadi Tehsil Paharpur, and Marahaba Colony. The estimated cost ranges from PKR 13.423 million to PKR 16.042 million per scheme. Each project includes construction of tube wells with intake chambers, compound walls, surface tanks, supply mains and distribution systems, and water collection points with plate form structures. Total procurement value exceeds PKR 115 million.
Eligible bidders must be government-registered contractors capable of executing civil works contracts. Financial bids must include call deposit as required under KPPRA rules, with rate analysis also sealed if quoted rates are more than 20 percent below the estimate. Bid security (earnest money) ranges from 0.308 to 0.361 percent of estimated cost for each scheme. Bidders failing to submit physical CDR (Completion Declaration Record) or rate analysis within one year of online application will be debarred for one year as per KPPRA regulations. No CDR will be released until finalization of the tender process and issuance of work orders.
Bid solicitation documents are available from the office of the undersigned or through the EPADS system on any working day before the closing deadline of 16 September 2026. Bidders must submit financial bids before closing date and time and must send hard copies through courier to the office before deadline. All terms, conditions, and procedures follow KPPRA rules, PEC requirements, SBDs, and other relevant procurement laws. Financial opening will occur on the same date at 14:30 hours (2:30 PM).
