THQ Hospital Safdarabad, Punjab, invites bids for a framework contract covering the local purchase of medicine and surgical disposable items for social welfare purposes, with an estimated cost of PKR 12.5 million, and the supply of X-Ray films and chemicals valued at PKR 3 million. E-bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM under PRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must follow a single stage two-envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately on an item-wise basis.
