Description / Scope of Work
TEVTA Secretariat, Lahore invites sealed bids for the establishment of a baking laboratory to expand the existing Hospitality (Meraki) lab within the GTTI Gulberg building in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement following accumulative cost-based evaluation and least-cost method selection. The work involves civil and electrical components and is advertised through the PPRA E-Tendering system for open competition among qualified contractors.
Eligible bidders must be contractors or firms enlisted, renewed and actively registered with Punjab E-PAD, PEC, FBR and PRA for the current financial year in category C4 and above with relevant civil and electrical specialization codes. Bidders must present an original PEC license showing the required specialization codes and category at tender opening. Those lacking the specified codes will be excluded. Conditional tenders and submissions without online bid security will be rejected. The performance guarantee is 10 percent of the contract amount as per PPRA Clause 56.
Bid documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. All bidders must register on the e-procurement system and submit bids online based on approved bill of quantities with item rates. Each page must be signed and stamped; unreadable or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
