Description / Scope of Work
Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Biomechanics Lab at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering to support the Biomedical Engineering Technology Program. The project is being tendered through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active taxpayer status and possess either Manufacturer status or Distributor/Dealer/Supplier credentials with demonstrated financial, technical, and human resources to complete the assignment within the prescribed timeframe.
Bidders must submit their proposals along with an Earnest Money deposit equivalent to 2 percent of their bid value in the form of a Certified Demand Receipt (CDR). The original bid security instrument must be physically submitted to the office of the Rector, PAF-IAST before the closing time of bid submission, failing which the bid will not be opened. Interested bidders should note the tender execution follows KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b) Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, and only electronically submitted bids via EPADS will be accepted; manual bids are not permitted.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted on or before Monday 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
