Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids for augmentation and structural repair (AR/SR) works at the Govt. College of Technology for Glass, Ceramics & Pottery Development, Shahdara, Lahore. The project is being procured under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with an estimated cost of PKR 2,360,000 and a completion period of 30 days. The work is located in Lahore, Punjab and encompasses renovation and maintenance activities at this vocational training facility. Firms and bidders must hold valid registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for NTN to participate in the e-bidding process.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 47,200 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of a Pay Order, CDR, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque made payable to the Project Director. The bid security must reach the procuring agency on or before 10 September 2026 at 10:30 AM; failure to submit will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) in compliance with PPRA Rules and regulations.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and TEVTA websites. E-bids must be uploaded well before the submission deadline of 10 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Online bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the AR-SR Committee and bidders who wish to attend. Interested parties should contact the Govt.
