Description / Scope of Work
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites electronic bids for annual comprehensive repair and maintenance contracts for various medical equipment and devices. The procurement scope includes annual repair and maintenance of 02 Dialysis Machines (Make: Toray) in the Dialysis Department; 12 Dialysis Machines and 01 Reverse Osmosis Plant (Make: Fresenius) also in the Dialysis Department; one CSSD Machine (Make: Belimed) in the Emergency Department; and repair services for one Operating Microscope (Model: OPMI LUMERA-I, Serial 6633123824) in the Eye Department. The estimated annual cost for all contracts combined is Rs. 13.45 million including all applicable taxes. All bidding shall be conducted through the E-Procurement portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including income tax, sales tax, and applicable provincial sales tax departments. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated contract price must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit in favour of the Medical Superintendent of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Bidders are required to download all bidding documents from the E-Procurement portal and review the detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria before submission. The procurement follows single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedures as prescribed under PPRA rules.

Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives at the E-Procurement Conference Room, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Medical Superintendent at the hospital address from 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents are made available immediately after publication and all enquiries should be directed to the hospital or the PPRA website.
