Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL), Islamabad, invites prequalification applications from multiple single-roof large vendors for the supply of daily-use items, grocery, toiletries, electronics, stationery and online ordering platform services under an Open Framework Agreement arrangement. The procurement is intended to support PRAL's operational expenditures through on-demand supply of stationery, goods, miscellaneous and store items to the organization's Galaxy Business Center location in Sector I-9/3, Islamabad. This is a panel-based arrangement with multiple successful bidders to be contracted for subsequent call-off contracts following a competitive bidding process. The prequalification process determines applicant capacity and capability for supply of goods and related services in accordance with PRAL's requirements.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants meeting the eligibility requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Interested applicants must obtain the complete prequalification documents in English from the PPRA and PRAL websites and submit their sealed applications containing required application submission forms and supporting documents. The evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and scope of services are detailed in the prequalification document sections covering qualification criteria, application forms, and supply requirements.
Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 3:00 PM on September 11, 2026, to Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited, Procurement Cell, Software Technology Park, 2nd Floor, Service Road (North), Sector I-9/3, Islamabad. Bid opening will be held at PRAL Office, Galaxy Business Center, Street 9, I-9/3, Islamabad, in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and participating bidders. Only prequalified bidders will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings, with Invitation to Bids expected in October 2026.
