Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO), the largest oil marketing company in the country, is inviting quotations for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 180 kilowatt ultra-fast electric vehicle chargers across its nationwide network of retail outlets and installations in Sindh and other provinces. The project encompasses procurement of seventy EV chargers meeting detailed OEM specifications, including CCS Combo-2 dual connector configuration, 180 kW output power, and IP55/IK10 rated outdoor floor-mounted cabinets with 7-12 inch colour LCD touchscreen displays and OCPP 1.6/2.0.1 protocol compliance. The scope extends across urban, rural, semi-urban, highway, and motorway locations, requiring complete civil and electrical works, distribution boxes, fire safety equipment, internet connectivity setup, and acquisition of regulatory approvals and no-objection certificates from land authorities, Explosives Department, NEECA, and relevant DISCOs for grid upgradation and subsidized EV tariff metering.
