The Government Secondary Institute for the Blind at Sheranwala Gate, Lahore invites sealed bids from registered firms for the supply of different food items to boarders for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is being floated under PPRA Rules 2014 through the online Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded by 11 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical envelopes opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee. Financial offers of technically successful bidders will be opened later on the portal. Successful bidders must deposit 10 percent of the contract value as a performance guarantee before supply begins. The firm is responsible for all transportation charges, and delayed deliveries will incur penalties or forfeiture of security.
