The Government Special Education Centre HIC Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of security services and security guards for the centre campus and centre buses during the financial year 2026-27. The contract requires round-the-clock 24/7 security services including armed guard deployment with licensed semi-automatic weapons. The estimated contract value is Rs. 720,000. The centre is located at 6/A Siddique Block, Abbasia Town, Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab province. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound, and tax-registered firms with prior experience providing security services to government departments. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any Punjab government department. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 14,400) through electronic bank transfer via 1Link or online banking against a generated PSID with proof of payment attached to tender documents. Successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the estimated cost at the time of contract award. Minimum government salary rates must be ensured for all security personnel.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement system immediately after notice publication. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bids opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bid validity is two months from the opening date.
