The Government Secondary Special Education Centre Rahim Yar Khan invites competitive bids for the provision of armed security guard services for the financial year 2026-27. The contract covers security and safety services for students, staff, school building and transport bus of the centre located in Abbasia Town, Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 800,000 for the full financial year. Security services are required on a 12-hour daily shift basis with armed personnel providing comprehensive coverage for the institution. The contract period is one full financial year with potential for extension based on performance and institution requirements.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed security service provider firms registered with PPRA and the e-Procurement portal, with a minimum of three years verifiable experience in providing security services to government departments. Bidders must possess an active NOC or license for security services from the Home Department of the Government of Punjab and demonstrate they are not blacklisted by PPRA or any government forum. Active tax registration with both Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities is mandatory. The bid security requirement is PKR 40,000 (5% of estimated cost) submitted as a CDR via PSID-generated online link, along with an original affidavit on stamp paper of minimum value PKR 300 attested by an Oath Commissioner.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before 10:00 AM on 11th September 2026. The tender will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. All mandatory documents including CNIC, tax certificates, experience certificates, Home Department license, and non-blacklist certificate must be uploaded with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value before issuance of the service order.
