The Punjab Building Department, Executive Building Division No.1 located in Rawalpindi, invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for construction and building works on an items rate basis as per the newly introduced e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All interested applicants must register on the e-Procurement System to become eligible for participation. Tender documents duly signed and stamped must be submitted electronically as per the prescribed date and time; manual bids shall not be accepted. The Tender Opening Committee will convene on the scheduled date at the Commissioner's Office, Rawalpindi Division, at 11:00 AM to publicly open the quoted rates in the presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives.
