Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enrolled with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. The project concerns the construction of Bara Flyover as part of a larger improvement, rehabilitation and construction scheme for various roads and bridges in Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal. The work falls under PEC category C-2, with an estimated cost of Rs 20,040,000 and a tender fee of Rs 300,000. Bids are invited through the EPADS portal under the single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
Eligible bidders must be currently registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act 2013, hold an active FBR registration, possess an active KPRA tax status, maintain a valid PEC License, and be enrolled with C&W for the current financial year. A bid security of Rs 20,040,000 including stamp duty is required. Original Call Deposit Receipts from scheduled banks must accompany technical proposals, and bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper affirming the authenticity of enclosed documents. Contractors with unsatisfactory past performance with the division shall be deemed non-responsive.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of C&W Highway Division Khyber. Electronic bids must be submitted by 24 September 2026 using the Above/Below system based on the Engineer's Estimate. Bid opening will occur 30 minutes after the submission deadline at the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
