For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two construction contracts for forestry-related infrastructure in KP: a boundary wall at Haripur (Rs 6.8m) and a processing unit complex with ancillary boundary wall at Hazara Kohistan (Rs 16.3m combined).
Both are ADP-funded, relatively modest in scale, with aggressive 2% bid security and strict 10% threshold rules on discounting. The notice emphasizes mandatory immediate work commencement post-award; non-start triggers instant contract cancellation. Bidders should note the tight timeline and heavy documentation requirements including PEC registration and FBR compliance.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS, hold current PEC registration (2026-2027), maintain active KPRA status, and satisfy FBR requirements. Typically, construction contractors in Pakistan must also possess valid NTN, SECP registration if limited company, and proof of relevant past project experience. Bogus document submission results in blacklisting.
