Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of PVC skirting and cladding panels required for City Campus – Building 129 located in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement encompasses one hundred feet of 2.5-inch gray PVC skirting and five hundred twenty square feet of PVC cladding panels. Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 31 August 2026 at 5:00 PM. Delivery shall be made to the Stores at IBA Main Campus.
Samples are mandatory for quality approval, and the order remains subject to approval of samples for all items before final award. The material will be subject to final inspection at the time of delivery. IBA reserves the right to cancel any items if material does not meet specifications or if delivery is delayed. Payment will be made by crossed cheque upon receipt of invoice and delivery. Liquidity damage at two percent per month will be imposed on delayed delivery. The rate and item cost are final with no changes permitted. Government taxes, levies and charges will be applied as per applicable SRO, and stamp duty of 0.35% will be levied on the total purchase order value.

IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, and may issue purchase orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or to a single lowest responsive bidder for all items.
