Description / Scope of Work
Laar Humanitarian and Development Programme invites sealed bids from financially strong and experienced firms, companies, contractors and vendors for the supply of deworming and vaccination materials under its project entitled WASH and Livelihood Support for Affected People of Sindh District Sujawal. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 1 covers supply of deworming drench medicine for livestock, and Lot 2 covers supply of vaccination and deworming equipment for livestock. This procurement supports livestock health interventions in Sindh Province, particularly benefiting affected communities in Sujawal District. Bidders must submit samples with their tenders, which are mandatory for evaluation consideration.
Interested vendors and suppliers should be financially sound with demonstrated experience in livestock pharmaceutical and veterinary equipment supply. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant authorities and must provide evidence of previous experience and delivery capability. Quotations must clearly include all applicable taxes and transportation charges. The procurement committee reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will evaluate bids not solely on lowest price but on quality, previous experience, and delivery timelines.
