Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad invites registrations from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors and eligible bidders for pre-qualification to supply medicines, cardiac and surgical disposable items through a Limited Purchase Quotation online system for the financial year 2026-27. This is a Phase I registration tender under the single-stage single-envelope procedure, valid until 30 September 2027. The scope covers National, Multinational and Imported Medicines as well as Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable items procured through Local Purchase via Quotation with multiple vendors participating in the system.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid DML or DSL for distributors, possess valid CNIC of the bidder or proprietor with a qualified person's contact details, and submit a Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR made in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Applicants must provide an undertaking on Rs. 100 stamped paper, duly attested by a Notary Public, declaring readiness to participate actively in the LPQ bidding process, non-blacklisting status, and compliance with offering discounts per SHC&ME Department guidelines. Tax certificates including NTN and applicable sales or income tax documentation are mandatory. Manufacturers must provide valid GMP certificates and authority letters. Distributors must undergo physical inspection of premises to verify good storage practices including air conditioning, temperature control and humidity management.

Bids shall be received online as per the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure with an initial security deposit of Rs. 50,000 in CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order delivered to CPEIC Wazirabad before closing time. Late bids will not be accepted by the online system. Bids will be opened online on the same date at 11:30 AM.
