Description / Scope of Work
The Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids for the procurement of Purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine during the financial year 2026-27 through a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. The total estimated cost is Rs. 1,726.404 million, comprising three components: CM Punjab Livestock Card Phase-2 (Rs. 170.15 million), CM Punjab Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (Rs. 56.254 million), and Purchase of FMD Non-Development Side (Rs. 1,500 million). The procurement is conducted in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, with free on-delivery terms to the consignee's end. All prequalified firms and bidders are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process. Technical E-bids shall be opened on the same day at 13:30 PM in the presence of prequalified firms' representatives at the office of Director General (Extension), L&DD Department, Livestock Complex, 16-Cooper Road, Lahore. Pre-qualified firms seeking clarification must upload queries on the EGP-E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM by 04-09-2026 at 01:00 PM.
