Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT Equipment under reference P92089 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The detailed scope of supply, technical specifications, and quantity of IT equipment to be procured are outlined in the items and lot specifications section of the bidding document. This is a national-level procurement open to all eligible vendors registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform.
Bidders must be registered on the ePak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and all procurement forms are available on the ePADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/92089.
E-bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically using the ePADS v2.0 system. Interested bidders are required to register themselves on ePADS v2.0 before submission.
