Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Faisalabad Distribution, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under reference FSD/TE/011/2026 (P102583) planned for FY 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procuring entity has reserved funds for this initiative at SNGPL Transmission Headquarters, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad City, Punjab Province.
All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding document, which may be provided in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as per the prescribed format.
