Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment (Package No. 30, Lot-A and Lot-B) on DAP and DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore, Punjab. This is a comprehensive procurement involving medical rehabilitation equipment required for cancer treatment facility operations. The tender is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bidders must quote all lots and all items within those lots; any firm not providing complete quotations will be disqualified. Evaluation will be based on the entire package including all items across both lots.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Bidders are required to furnish a bid security in an amount specified in Annex-I of the bidding document in Pakistani Rupees. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical bid on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the bid submission deadline. Standard qualification, registration and experience requirements applicable to medical equipment suppliers are expected, though specific criteria are detailed in the complete RFP document.
The completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System at or before 15:00 hours PST on 16th September 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hours PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend.
