The Buildings Division Bahawalnagar in Bahawalnagar, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various construction, repair, and maintenance works across the district. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of government buildings, specialized repairs to infrastructure, and provision of essential services as detailed in the technical specifications for each specific lot. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Reputable contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders are required to provide a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system on or before 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
