Description / Scope of Work
FGEIs Regional Office, Wah Cantt invites sealed bids for the construction of four classrooms on the ground floor at FG Junior Public School Gudwal, Wah Cantt, Punjab. The work is being undertaken with budget allocated by the FGEI(C/G) Directorate and covers civil construction activities including materials, labour, delivery, site preparation and debris clearance. The scope and contract value are to be determined through the competitive bidding process, with work orders to be issued separately for each item to the lowest qualified bidder.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must also be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant construction category and possess a minimum of five years' experience in civil works. The tender requires submission of technical proposals without pricing, followed by a revision phase and final sealed submission of technical and financial proposals with supporting documentary evidence.
Bidding documents are available at the Development Section of FGEIs Regional Office, Wah Cantt for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 in cash. Technical proposals must be submitted by 10 August 2026 before 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 pm in the presence of the School Purchase Committee and RDC, with revised proposals due by 13 August 2026 before 11:00 am.
