Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the rehabilitation and improvement of various road infrastructures within the district. The project scope involves extensive civil works, including the widening and improvement of existing roads, provision of tough tiles, and the construction of PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) flooring in designated areas. Contractors will also be responsible for drainage improvements and the installation of road safety features to enhance local connectivity. To be eligible, bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current financial year and provide a 2% bid security of the estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted as per the single stage one envelope procedure to the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division no later than 12:00 PM on 16 May 2026.
