Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply and installation of monolith towers at PSO retail outlets across the South Zone covering Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Quetta divisions in Sindh province. The project (RFQ Reference RC-19952IA, SAP No. 6100018006) involves supplying and installing 15 new monolith towers with aluminum composite material (ACM) cladding, refurbishing existing fiberglass towers, and removing, shifting and installing refurbished towers to proposed sites. The scope includes white ACM panels (4mm thick) for the top logo portion measuring approximately 6.5 feet by 6.5 feet on both sides, fabrication of MS tabular steel frames, supply of a 5-foot diameter monolith logo with translucent vinyl in specified colors, backlit illumination using minimum 90 LED modules, complete steel structure fabrication and welding per ASTM A-36 and BS-15 standards, painting with approved enamel and primer coats, ACM cladding services with green and white materials, and comprehensive transportation and installation.

Vendors should be capable of executing complex signage and steel fabrication work with expertise in ACM cladding, welding, painting, LED illumination installation, and site assembly.
