"The C&W Division Tank in Tank, KPK invites sealed tenders for the high-profile construction and establishment of a Government Rest House in Tank City under ADP No. 106/251154. This infrastructure project involves comprehensive civil works, finishing, and establishment of facilities as per the approved technical designs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The procurement is being conducted via the EPADS system following the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 or above with relevant specialization codes. Additionally, firms must maintain active status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Technical bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by the required 2% bid security and non-refundable bidding entry fees."
