"The Minorities Affairs Department in Tando Allahyar, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Satsang Hall at Gulshan-e-Hameed Colony, Tando Soomro Road. This community infrastructure project, valued at approximately 4.000 Million PKR, is aimed at providing a dedicated space for religious and social gatherings for minority communities in the region. The procurement is being conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the current year, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Interested firms must submit their electronic proposals via the EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 12 May 2026."
