"The National Highway Authority (NHA) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the Operations, Management & Maintenance (OM&M) of e-tolling systems at various manual toll plazas located across the National Highways network. This critical infrastructure project involves the integration of electronic toll collection technologies, daily facility management, and routine maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure seamless traffic flow and revenue transparency. The scope includes the provision of technical manpower, system troubleshooting, and performance reporting as per NHA standards. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess specific experience in tolling operations or large-scale ICT infrastructure projects. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals following the single stage two envelope procedure to the office of the General Manager (Maintenance) Multan by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026."
