For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PDOHA seeks bids for a modest mixed IT equipment bundle: five laptop-class computers, one portable laptop, and one printer for campus use.
Total quantity is small (7 items), suggesting a straightforward fulfillment contract rather than ongoing supply. Bidders must hold active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. The one-week procurement cycle and 10 a.m. deadline indicate a standard planned purchase with limited flexibility. No pre-qualification or PEC certification is explicitly mandated, widening the vendor pool but implying DHA expects established, tax-compliant firms only.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered under Income Tax Act and Sales Tax Act. Typically, suppliers of computer equipment to government bodies must hold active NTN and GST registration. The notice does not specify PEC category or technical certifications; however, authorized dealerships or distributors for the named brands are likely preferred by DHA.
