For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

WHO is procuring enterprise data servers and software licenses for Pakistan's immunization programme—a critical health IT infrastructure upgrade.

Scale appears medium to large given scope and WHO procurement standards. Deadline has been extended to early September 2026. This is a one-time capital procurement with strict compliance requirements; bidders must demonstrate UN vendor compliance capability and technical expertise in healthcare IT deployment. Tight documentation timeline suggests a well-defined project with minimal flexibility.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered WHO vendors compliant with United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. Typically, vendors supplying IT infrastructure to UN agencies require valid business registration, NTN, and proven experience in comparable deployments. Preference likely given to vendors with prior WHO or UN procurement experience and relevant certifications for enterprise server and software licensing.
