"The Women University Swabi in Swabi, KPK invites e-bids for major infrastructure development at its new campus under the HEC-sponsored PSDP project. The scope of work is divided into two significant packages: Package-1 involves the construction of Academic Block-III (Science Block) with an estimated cost of Rs. 484.875 Million, and Package-2 covers the construction of the Examination Block with an estimated cost of Rs. 307.936 Million. Both projects require comprehensive civil works, specialized electrical installations, and external development. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with relevant specialization codes (CE10, EE04, EE-11), and maintain active registration with KPRA and FBR. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30 April 2026. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026."
