Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mint invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of medicines under tender reference P105772, planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring entity is located at GT Road, Lahore City, Lahore Division, Punjab Province, and has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract for medical supplies.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
