For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Army procurement spanning three distinct packages: high-volume pneumatic tyres (17,750 units, 3-4 month lead), Toyota Hilux spares (43 items, 9-12 months), and specialized helicopter engine assemblies (4 units, 12 months).

Scale ranges small-to-medium for tyres to highly specialized for aerospace components. Notable: staggered submission deadlines across packages (Sept-Oct 2026), indigenous preference applied, and significant pre-contract compliance burden. Likely recurring category given Army fleet maintenance profile.

Who can bid: NTN certificate mandatory; DGDP registration, sales tax registration, warehouse proof, prior government contract experience required. Must provide bank statements, MD CNIC, non-defaulter/non-blacklist certificate. Firm financial undertakings and property declarations needed. Challan Form 32-A (Rs. 2,000) deposited to treasury. Typical SECP/PPRA compliance expected for defence supply.
