Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tyres for its vehicle fleet under reference P158262. This is a national-level goods procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27, with funds reserved for eligible payments under the contract. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026. The detailed bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/158262, and all interested bidders must register themselves on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on the ePADS platform to submit e-bids. All submissions must comply with the detailed eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria and specifications outlined in the complete bidding document, which includes general conditions of contract, special conditions of contract, performance guarantee requirements and integrity pact provisions.
E-bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
