The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Pattan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for various infrastructure development projects funded under Net Hydel Profit 2025-26. The scope of work includes the construction of suspension bridges, PCC footpaths, and other local community schemes across several packages. These projects utilize the MRS-2025 rates and follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Local Government and Local Council Board Department of KPK for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system by 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with hard copies required by 12:00 PM on the same day. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% earnest money deposit as per the estimated cost of each package."
